Comprehensive guidelines for course fees refund and terms & conditions

1) Students must submit all the valid documents to avail scholarship
2) Scholarship mentioned applies to tuition fees only.
3) No two Scholarship Programme / categories can be merged, whichever is higher will be applied.
4) The Scholarship criteria will be based on last / qualify school/ board exam.
5) The Final decision making authority will be with Imperial Academy Management.
6) Meaning of scholarship : means fees relaxation, fees discount on tuition fees only.

Refund Terms & Conditions
1) Week 1 will be counted from the date of registration or the date of batch commencement, whichever is later.
2)
Refund rules are the same if:
A. Student neither joins nor attends a single lecture.
B. Student applies for a refund before the start of the class.
3) The Pro rata calculation will be on Final course fees, as mentioned on the admission form.
4) No refund shall be made after the Last refund date i.e. the last day of 6th week.
5) The refund will be calculated excluding GST: as GST is non-refundable. E.g. A student has paid (X) amount then the refund shall be calculated on (X-GST).
6) The last day of service availed will be the day of submission of refund application in writing by the parent/guardian at the respective centre and not as the last day of lecture attended.
7) The institute shall not be held responsible and/or Accountable for crediting Refund money to the wrong bank i.e. to incorrect details furnished by the student/parent/guardian.
8) The final decision making authority will be with Imperial Academy management.
